We got this recipe from one of our brand managers.  It's a tried and tested marinade for New Zealand's favourite meat using Keri Orange


  • 1/3 cup Keri Orange
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound lamb


  1. Mix together Keri Orange, brown sugar, olive oil, rosemary, and salt
  2. Pour marinade over top of lamb, turning several times to coat
  3. Allow 2 hours of marinade time (assuming you're actually preparing 2 hours in advance!)
  4. Preheat grill or oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 F)
  5. Cook for 15 minutes or until desired level
